Tell Your Home Business Success Story In Lafayette

Tell Your Home Business Success Story In Lafayette If you are a Lafayette home based business owner, you have a story. Perhaps you don’t think your story is very interesting, but I bet others would. Especially other Lafayette folks who would like to own their own Lafayette Power Squares Direct Sales or internet business.

Your personal story can be used as a case study in your marketing materials. Think of the memorable personal stories that could be drawn from the lives of these famous entrepreneurs:

Walt Disney (Started an empire with a vision and a small loan.)
Martha Stewart (Made DIY home decorating chic and rebounded after legal troubles.)
Warren Buffet (Where do I start?)

In addition to using experiences from your own life as a direct marketer in Lafayette, you can use stories about how your products, services, or financial opportunity has affected one of your customers or team members.

If no interesting stories immediately come to mind, don’t dismiss this effective marketing tool. Just keep it in mind as you go about your business in the next few weeks.

As you interact with your home business customers and people in your Lafayette network, something might pique your interest. Jot it down for future development.

If you observe your business interactions from a storyteller’s perspective, the marketing possibilities will jump out at you.

How has my experience as a Power Squares network marketer in Lafayette dramatically improved my life? Email me today and I’ll tell you all about it. -Chocolate Diamonds are Forever, Nena Pruitt-Merrill

How To Cite Sources On Your Lafayette Home Business Blog

Wednesday, August 17th, 2011

How To Cite Sources On Your Lafayette Home Business Blog I mentor several Lafayette entrepreneurs who have online home business blogs. Some of these home business owners are new to the online marketplace and are learning the principles of small business blogging. Today’s Lafayette article explains how to cite third-party information in your home business blog.

Generally, it is permissible to include third-party information as long as you include a source reference. For example, if I wanted to include an excerpt from an article about a Power Squares research study, I would cite the name of the article, the journal, the author, and the date. If I accessed it from a website, I would include that also.

Here is an example from webmd.com. The article: ‘Dark Chocolate Takes a Bite Out of Stress’ by Jennifer Warner is about a study conducted at the Nestle Research Center in Lausanne Switzerland. At the end of the article, the following paragraph is included: ‘The study appears in the Journal of Proteome Research and was conducted by researchers at the Nestle Research Center in Lausanne, Switzerland.’

Qualityhealth.com included an article by Tabby Biddle that also cites the Swiss study and several others. They cited their sources at the end of the article in the following format:

American Chemical Society. New evidence that dark chocolate helps ease emotional stress. ScienceDaily. http://www.sciencedaily.com  /releases/2009/11/091111123612.htm. Accessed Dec. 7, 2009.

If you want to include material that is licensed, follow the appropriate procedure to obtain permission outlined by the owners of the content. Then be sure to let your readers know that you have permission by saying: ‘Reprinted by permission of so-and-so.’ Lafayette home business bloggers who reprint information without permission damage their credibility and run the risk of legal action.

I am Lafayette entrepreneur coach Nena Pruitt-Merrill. I own a Power Squares business based in my Lafayette home. I advise new Lafayette Power Squares home business owners on sales, marketing, and recruiting.

If you want to own your own Lafayette online business but need some guidance to get started, give me a call at 765-427-4963. I will make sure your Lafayette home business hits the ground running.

Now Is The Time To Improve Your Lifestyle In Lafayette

Welcome to my Lafayette entrepreneur blog. Today’s article is a bit philosophical. I want to talk about time. I would argue that time is more precious than almost anything else in life.

How are you managing your most valuable resource?

Are you working full-time for a corporation that may lay you off any day? Are you spending a lot of time training for a new Lafayette career? Are you able to take the time necessary to nurture your relationships? When was the last time (there’s that word again) you spent a whole day playing?

I am Nena Pruitt-Merrill. I run a Power Squares Direct Sales business from my Lafayette home. I have been steadily building my Power Squares income-generating business since April 2009. Now that I have channels of residual income, the checks can come even if I take a three-week vacation with my family.

Sure, the money is great, but guess what I value more than the financial security? More Free Time. That’s right.

I am now living life on my own terms.

I spend several hours a week helping new Power Squares team members kick-start their home businesses. I absolutely love the challenge of helping Indiana people create something unique and powerful in their life.

Other than supporting my Power Squares downline, I enjoy a lot of time with my spouse and kids. A lot. I know few Indianapolis, IN corporate executives who have as much free time as I do.

My Lafayette business is straightforward and uncomplicated. I sell Power Squares on the internet and recruit new Lafayette entrepreneurs who, in turn, create a better, less hectic lifestyle for themselves.

If you feel like you are a hamster running non-stop in a wheel without ever getting anywhere, stop. Take some TIME to give me a call. There is a better way to live, work, and play.

Connect With Your Maryland Target Market If you are a Maryland home based business owner with an online store, you have probably learned some of the basics of mass communication on the web. Today’s article focuses on how to refine your marketing efforts to connect with your core group of potential customers: your niche.

My niche, for example, are people who could benefit from Power Squares and would be most likely to buy it from my Power Squares home based business. Since this is a fairly broad group, I have broken down my target demographic into smaller sub-categories.

I have a category called ‘New Power Squares customers who have never tried a similar product’ and a category called ‘Customers who have used inferior Power Squares copycat products.’ I also have a category called ‘People who are interested in the Power Squares business opportunity for supplemental income’ and another called ‘People who are interested in a Power Squares business as a full time career.’

Anyway, you get the idea. Now let’s talk about connecting with your niche. Here are some suggestions from our helpful social media experts at businessbloggertips.com

The Ideal Lafayette Entrepreneur?

The Ideal Lafayette Entrepreneur?

Are you a new network marketer in Indianapolis, IN? I am a veteran Direct Marketer based in Lafayette, Indiana. I believe any determined Lafayette entrepreneur can be successful if they learn what will help them grow their home businesses in Indiana.

Knowledge is critical. Obviously, it is important to learn about your product or service. I sell Power Squares on the online marketplace and at local Lafayette Power Squares events.

The reason I started my own Power Squares business was because I am passionate about our products. Before I even processed my first Power Squares order, I could easily outline all the product specifics and explain in detail the Power Squares supplemental income opportunity.

With sales experience, a comprehensive knowledge of Power Squares features, and the unique compensation plan, I thought I knew everything I needed to build my Lafayette sales network. What I didn’t realize is that I needed to shift the focus away from myself and my Lafayette business. I needed to learn about my Indiana customer. I had no idea who my perfect prospect was.

I decided to create a profile of the ideal Power Squares team member. Soon I was able to recognize which prospects would choose the Lafayette home business opportunity and those who were simply Indianapolis, IN Direct Marketing junkies. I recommend that new Indianapolis, IN direct sellers do what I did and develop a profile of their perfect team member.

Where does this person live? How old is this person? What are his/her values? What kind of work background does he/she have? What hobbies do they enjoy? What are their career goals?

Creating a profile of your target prospect helps you focus your sales and recruiting efforts.

I have mentored hundreds of successful Indianapolis, IN Power Squares entrepreneurs. If you would like more information about building a Power Squares residual income business, contact me at http://xocaichocolate.myhealthychocolateblog.com or 765-427-4963. I have developed many tools of the trade and I look forward to sharing them with you.
